Here’s How:
- Email us a jpeg photo of the birthday person, with name, address, phone, email address, and birthday date from the first of each month until 9 a.m., on the 10th of the month before the birthday to enter the monthly contest. We will call to verify the birthday.
- Only six contestants per month will be chosen from the first six received from 1-10 of each month. Contestants will be posted by the 11th of the month, so you have two weeks to vote, until the 25th of the month.
- Go to kendallvillemall.com or avilla.org and vote for your favorite birthday person by clicking the link to send an email vote. Ask your friends and family to vote too. Only one vote per email address, per day, will be accepted.
- The person who collects the most email votes by the 25th of the month wins a FREE Birthday Cake from Joanna’s.
- We will notify winners via email.
- Call Joanna's Dealicious Treats, 201 S. Main, corner of Willams St., Kendallville, 347-1274, to order your birthday cake. The cupcake cake is 25 times bigger than normal.
- No purchase necessary.
