Chef and Author at the Limberlost Public Library
Rome City, IN -- Chef and Author Janie Ebinger will visit the Limberlost Public Library’s Cookbook Club on Thursday, March 4 at 6:00 p.m. to demonstrate how to create some of her famous vinaigrettes.
She will also be happy to autograph copies of her book, which will be for sale before and after the program.
All participants should bring a written recipe of their favorite casserole or salad to share. The Cookbook Club is open to everyone - those who love to cook, and those who would like to learn more about it!
Registration is requested. To sign up, interested club members can call the Limberlost Public Library at 854-2775.
