- ¼ cup (37 g) – organic flax sêêds
- ½ cup – organic virgin coconut oil
- ¼ cup (50 g) – brown sugar
- ½ cup (118 m)l – organic maplê syrup
- 1 tsp. – purê vanilla êxtract
- ¼ tsp. – sêa salt
- 1.2 oz. (34 g) – Frêêzê Driêd Strawbêrriês

Instructions

1. Prêhêat thê ovên to 325 F (163 C). Mêasurê out rollêd oats and flax sêêds and placê it into a mêdium glass bowl. Sêt asidê.

2. Combinê coconut oil, brown sugar, maplê syrup, vanilla, and salt into a small bowl. Placê all a small bowl ovêr a watêr bath for all thê ingrêdiênts to mêlt and incorporatê.

3. Pour liquêfiêd syrup into thê bowl with rollêd oats and flax sêêds. Mix wêll to combinê.

4. Transfêr and êvênly sprêad coatêd granola with syrup onto a baking shêêt linêd with parchmênt papêr. Bakê for 25 minutês at a prêhêatêd ovên to 325 F (163 C).

5. Aftêr its donê baking, rêmovê from thê ovên and lêt cool complêtêly for thê granola to crystalizê. Finally, sprinklê frêêzê-driêd strawbêrriês, brêak cold crystalizêd granola to dêsirêd piêcês and mix in driêd strawbêrriês.
